Lake 1 covers a surface area of 1,336 acres and has 16 miles of shoreline. Lake 2 is a surface area of 1,100 acres and 9 miles of shoreline. The lakes are connected by a 10-foot-deep canal constructed in 1962. Isaac Walton Park has a pavilion, 15 camp sites, 8 picnic areas with grills, swimming, restrooms, lighting, and parking. Glen Collins Park is located between the two dams with a pavilion, picnic areas with grills, swimming, restrooms, lighting and parking.

The new KidSpace Park is now open! One of Oklahoma's top 5 largest premier parks, this playground for all ages includes playgrounds for kids from 2 - 100, including a walking trail, timed 40 meter dash and ninja course, with play structures for littles, middles, and big kids.

LOCO is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promotion and enjoyment of large (1/8th, to be exact) scale model railroading. Our rail is located just off of Shawnee's Twin Lakes and we're open once a month for public rides and can also be booked for parties of all kinds.
