Breathtaking color and awe-inspiring detail are found througout Shawnee in historic stained glass. Locations include landmark churches where painstakingly created stained glass serves as inspiration to groups of all ages.
Please allow two weeks minimum for scheduling. Tour available for groups of 10 or more; nominal fee applies. Tours operate Monday - Friday during regular business hours and are subject to location and guide availability.
Shawnee is home of the first SONIC Drive-In prototype which originally opened in 1953 as the Top Hat Drive-In. In 1959, the name was changed to SONIC. In 2005, Shawnee became home to the 3000th SONIC Drive-In as well.
