IFYR 2009 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
If you would like to volunteer to work IFYR 2009 during the week of July 13-18, please contact the Heart of Oklahoma Exposition Center and they will give your name to one of the committee chairs for contact. Committees oversee everything from check-in, to stalling, to evening dances for the youth. Your time is always appreciated!
WELCOME BAGS and all that jazz...
The Shawnee Convention & Visitors Bureau is now taking items for 2009 contestant welcome bags. Flyers, coupons, and "goodies" of all kinds are welcome. We will pack approximately 1,000 bags so plesae provide enough for ALL bags. You may drop your items off at the following locations and times:
